The Growth Manager role focuses on growing business into the South Africa region through developing new client opportunities from UK, US and other global markets.
In your first few weeks in this Growth Manager role, you can expect to:
- Be the primary growth representative in South Africa; supporting new business development activities, including bid and sales processes, site visits and client pitches
- Be responsible for the client experience of any prospect or existing clients who visit our South Africa sites, ensuring that every client has a WOW on-site experience
- Proactively manage our industry and marketing activities in SA by working closely with the Senior Management and Marketing teams to deliver our plan for 2023
You will also require the following:
- The ability to conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- The ability to network and create solid relationships with industry experts, influencers and prospective clients
- Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills
- Effective time management and the ability to constantly multi-task
