The growth manager will work closely with other teams within the organization, such as marketing, sales, product, and tech, to ensure that growth initiatives are aligned with the overall Flash Sales strategy.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics, experience with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize marketing campaigns.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies for digital products.
Knowledge of digital products and the fintech industry is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To lead and define the strategy and business plan for growth and performance of Flash products called Flash Payments, Pay with Flash and Cash Out.
To define the national execution strategies for Direct, Flash and digital channels.
To drive market share growth on a national level through the acquisition of profitable channels.
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for all these products in the formal environment.
Build out key strategic partnerships lead list for the products to expand into and drive sales teams to close those appropriate deals.
Use data analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, engineering, and customer support, to ensure alignment on growth objectives and priorities.
Build and manage partnerships with key partners to drive adoption of these product offerings.
Develop and implement customer lifecycle strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities
To ensure all Direct, Flash and digital Channels achieve their sales and revenue targets as defined by the GM of Sales.
To take accountability and responsibility for the Flash Payments, Pay with Flash and Cash Out.
To ensure timeous reporting to the Sales Manager.
