Growth Product Manager

We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Growth Product Manager to spearhead our product growth initiatives. Your primary objective will be to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention through rigorous experimentation and optimization strategies, particularly focusing on improving our Sign-up to Verification conversion rates.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to optimize the verification conversion rate and other key performance metrics.
• Analyze experiment results to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions for product growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine growth strategies.
• Continuously monitor and optimize user journeys to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Identify new opportunities for product features and improvements that align with growth objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in growth hacking and product management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on growth and optimization.
• Proven track record of conducting successful A/B tests and experiments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

Skills

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using analytics and testing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Optimizely).
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Innovative and growth-oriented mindset.

Preferred

• Experience in the Crypto & trading industry.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and lean methodologies.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
