Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Capital specific products to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams in Cash Connect, Card Connect, and EasyPay Money Market divisions to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Provide support to other territories as needed, ensuring the successful implementation of Capital specific products and services.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay up to ate with industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to a diverse range of audiences, showcasing the value of our Capital specific products.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your professional network and increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the unique features and benefits of our Capital specific products.
- Continuously improve your product knowledge and stay current with regulatory requirements, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

- Degree or Diploma in Sales and or Business Management
- (advantageous).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling credit to B2B clients, with a strong understanding of business finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in the banking industry preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a focus on Capital specific products or services.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly understand complex financial products and services.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation and reporting.
- Excellent relationship building skills, with a focus on establishing trust and credibility with clients and partners.
- Strong critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to analyze information, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop effective solutions.
- Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other sales and productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support other territories and attend industry events.
