Job description:
The Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring that Guerbets products and services are provided and represented in an acceptable manner to customers. There will be focus on both inside sales, which typically involves "cold calling" for new clients, or outside sales, which involves visiting new or existing clients in the field. Generating leads for new business and meeting sales goals provided quarterly and annually.
He/she will be responsible for growing revenue on assigned accounts in territory, growing the business and identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships.

Principal Responsibilities of the role:
Represent the total solution Diagnostic Imaging portfolio in front of accounts, leveraging appropriate resources (technical services, sales rep, inside sales, solutions specialists etc.)
Effectively manage the territory.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring we can deliver on customer expectations
Build and maintain strong relationships in each account.
Identify customer issues, goals and expectations. Address these using a consultative approach
Visit KAM customers when necessary to drive sales working together with the KAM, farm their existing tier-2 customers, and acquire new customers
Engage with customers through in-person meetings, and other available channels
Interactions with customers vary depending on primary care, specialty care, or institutional focus
Support implementation of overall go-to-market strategies at field level
Weekly and Monthly Sales report analysis and feedback of actions in information in territory related to customers and competitors.
Maintain and feeding customer data in the CRM system.
Accurate monthly forecasting
Understanding of competitor products and strategies in the field
Sales analysis to pick up potential problems and changes in customer buying patterns
Relationship with Others:
Key Account Manager, National Sales Manager, Customer Services, Technical Services, Country manager
Profile description:
YOUR PROFILE
Life science qualification is an advantage
3-5 years sales rep experience is preferential
Diagnostic Imaging background is an advantage
