We are looking for an experienced Guest Relations Officer that can create a warm and welcome guest experience -offering an atmosphere of elegance and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests - Creating a warm and welcoming guest experience
- Managing reservations, check -in's and check-outs
- Assist guests with transfers, bookings and creating guest itineraries and tours
- Handling all guest communication and queries (calls, email etc)
- Liaise between departments (Lodge, Spa, Restaurant etc).
