A well known, fast growing, 3 Star Guesthouse with 22 rooms, 4 self catering units, conference fasilities and restaurant based in Middelburg (Eastern Cape) requires a manager to take duty on 1 August 2018 but not later than 1 September 2018.
Job requirements:
- Valid SA Drivers License and own reliable transport.
- 2-3 Years experience in the Hospitality Industry as Manager.
- Fully bilingual with excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about the Hospitality Industry with excellent guest relations.
- Computer Literate in:
- MS Office, Nights bridge, Bookings.Com and Innkeeper ( or similar Hotel Management Reservation Systym).
- Problem solving ability, excellent staff management skills, hard working, honest and reliable.
- We offer competitive market - related remuneration. This is not a live-in position.
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall running of the Guesthouse.
- Reception, guest relations and Front of House.
- Managing of Restaurant, Functions, Stock and House Keeping.
- Managing of Staff and monthly rosters.
- Marketing and maintaining the standard of Guesthouse.
