company looking for hardworking, innovative and responsible individuals to join our dynamic team. Our current vacancy is a Handyman/Maintenance position.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- General Maintenance and all handyman functions
- Tiling and Grouting
- Painting
- Dry wall erecting and dismantelling
- Aluminum doors and Windows
- Look after equipment at various business premises
- Maintain and repair equipment (where possible)
- Put up and take down white boards ect
- Basic network cabling skills would be bonus
- Willing to learn
Education and/or Experience
Minimum required:
- 5 Years Valid driver’s license and experience
- 5 Years handyman/Maintenance experience
- Computer skills
SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Presentable appearance and sober habits
- Excellent timekeeping skills
- No criminal record
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to train co-workers
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Computer literate
- Strong technical background or willing to learn
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Set high standards and well-defined realistic goals both personally and within the team
- Should be able to carry out work by professional standards and have thorough knowledge in the field
Diver's license is COMPULSORY at 5 years experience
Stipulated salary is gross and up to R12000.
Monday to Friday 6:45 - 5pm
Weekends when requested.
