Hatfield, Pretoria: ADMITTED ATTORNEY (JUNIOR / NEWLY ADMITTED)
Minimum Requirements:
-Young, presentable and professional junior or newly admitted attorney
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans & English (First & second languages)
-Young, professional individual
-Matric / Grade 12
-LLB Degree completed and Admitted as an Attorney
-Experience in Personal Injury Claims, Third Party Claims (against RAF) and General Litigation
-Knowledge of applicable personal injury and RAF legislation
-Independently functional in litigation process, from handling of claim submission to High Court trials
-Computer literate
-Driver’s license and own vehicle
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Third Party Claims against Road Accident Fund and Personal Injury Claims
-Litigation Procedures, including High Court Litigation
-Drafting legal documents and client liaison in Afrikaans and English
-General attorney duties
Salary: R 15 000.00 – R 20 000.00 gross (Depending on relevant RAF experience)
