Hatfield, Pretoria: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (FOR LAW FIRM)
Minimum Requirements:
-Female, preferably aged 35 - 45 years
-English first language a must (No exceptions)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Professional, neat and well presented
-Strong administration and typing skills
-Excellent telephone etiquette
-Computer literate in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat and e-mails
-Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative position, within a professional/corporate working environment
-Good organizational skills
-Ability to handle large volumes of files per day with small tasks on each file
-Excellent people skills (engage and interact with several people daily)
-Excellent attention to detail
-Ability to diarise deadlines and act accordingly
-Ability to identify non-standard work and refer to relevant person
-Trustworthy, reliable and diligent
-Own reliable transport (no hassles to get to work - very important)
-Stable employment record
-Contactable References
-To start as soon as possible
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays 07h30am - 16h00pm
Duties:
-Administrative work (80%) and some secretarial work
-Full reception and administration function for law firm
-Taking of telephone calls and making telephone notes
-Client liaison, engaging and interacting with several people daily
-Handling large number of files and attend to small administrative tasks on each file
-Typing of documents in Word and use Adobe Acrobat
-Send and receive e-mails
-Diarizing of files and deadlines
-Typing of documents
-General administration (filing, faxing, data capturing etc.)
Salary: R 12 000.00 gross (Cost to company)
