  • Coordinate HC processes and provide support to both line managers and employees
  • Record keeping and data capturing and integrity
  • Provides timely reports and information as required by management
  • Provide recruitment and onboarding support
  • Support HCBP in implementation and of HC strategies and programmes including amongst others, Performance Management, Retention, Learning & Development, Culture
  • System support as required
  • General Human Capital and office administration
  • Comply with governance and compliance policies and procedures
  • Maintenance of all Zero Harm principles across areas of responsibility
