- Coordinate HC processes and provide support to both line managers and employees
- Record keeping and data capturing and integrity
- Provides timely reports and information as required by management
- Provide recruitment and onboarding support
- Support HCBP in implementation and of HC strategies and programmes including amongst others, Performance Management, Retention, Learning & Development, Culture
- System support as required
- General Human Capital and office administration
- Comply with governance and compliance policies and procedures
- Maintenance of all Zero Harm principles across areas of responsibility
