Ingudlane Lodge is situated in A Game Reserve just outside of Dundee on the Battlefields Route.
We require a well groomed, energetic and well spoken Head Chef for a live-out position. Your duties will include all aspects of the running of the kitchen including stock take/stock control, stock rotation and quality control. Must be able to manage, motivate and discipline staff and be strong on customer service.
