We are looking for a strong and passionate candidate to fill the role of chef and kitchen manager in a long standing, well established family owned restaurant.
Job requirements:
- We require a chef with a real zest for food creation, menu planning and ongoing staff training.
- Requirements to include but not limited to great attention to detail, strong administration skills, creativity in menu and specials planning, excellent stock control and experience with HACCP.
- Must have at least 3 years experience in similiar position in upmarket restaurant kitchen as well as formal training.
- Candidate must be a team player and be interested in building a strong teamwork ethic within the kitchen and restaurant.
- Must have own transport.
