Head Chef needed for Restaurant in Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo. Looking for individuals with 6+ years senior chef experience.  Must be proficient in cooking Italian cuisine. Experience in a Restaurant environment essential. Must be able to coordinate and manage a busy kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and quality control. Will be responsible for kitchen control systems and stock management. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply.
