Senior Chef / Kitchen Manager needed for popular country club in Pretoria east. Candidates must have 5+ years chef and kitchen management experience. Must have strong general knowledge of food and of kitchen management procedures. Must be able to develop menus. Will be expected to run multiple kitchen operations on the premises. Will report to the Owner and GM. Knowledge of food cost and stock management essential. Strong personality required for male dominated environment. Must have contactable references.
