Motivate, lead, and inspire agency team across creative, digital, strategy and planning and account/brand management
Design and deliver strategies/objectives for the agency
Generate ideas to improve performance and converting opportunities
Work collaboratively across the group on the development of opportunities of new and existing for Organisation
Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge of business improvement
Reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly on agency activity keeping management up to speed on performance
Hands on performance to drive sales
Lead on strategy on key projects and marketing departments
Lead on planning and developing insight- based marketing strategies based on quantified business targets
Improve brand awareness and collateral produced
Responsible for agency P & L and budgetary management
Responsible for leading the agency as channels and technology transforms interactions
Work with Senior Leaders to continue to integrate agency services with the wider group propositions to deliver the organizations objectives
