Head of Data Performance and Optimisation

Were on the hunt for a Data Performance and Optimisation Lead! Are you passionate about establishing frameworks to monitor, measure, and optimise data ROI (Return on Investment) and VOI (Value of Information) with an eye toward enhancing lead quality, client satisfaction, and cost efficiency? As a Data Performance and Optimisation Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with data brokers and publishers in the US and UK, formulate data acquisition strategies that support business objectives and client needs, and track and report on data/lead set performance metrics, emphasising ROI and VOI to assess vendor and data quality.

If You Have The Following

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Informatics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data procurement, informatics, or vendor management, preferably within a BPO or data-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations in both the US and UK (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Proven track record in managing vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance analysis.
• Analytical mindset with experience in ROI and VOI tracking.
