Under the leadership of the Manager Remuneration and Benefits, responsible for the day to day supervision of the Pension Department and the effective functioning of the team. Responsible for the implementation and adherence to the Pension Fund rules governed by the Pension Fund Act and any related mattersand manage all administrative steps, controls etc are executed in terms of disability, resignation, retirement, housing loans etc.

- Society Newsletter contributions
- Supervisory responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly statistics and report to the Remuneration and Benefits department to include in the month-end report
