What You Will Be Doing
- Approve tenders, manage budgets, and oversee divisional overheads to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Collaborate on design cost management, providing insightful analysis of designs and specifications.
- Deliver clear / concise monthly reports on project budgets, manage variations, and provide accurate cash flow forecasts.
- Maintain budget performance aligned with profit margins and implement value engineering for cost efficiency.
- Proactively communicate and address project issues and risks, ensuring seamless handover to clients.
- Guide the appointment and performance of professional teams and contractors for optimal project outcomes.
- Lead a talented team of consultants, fostering innovative problem-solving and ensuring effective project delivery.
- Develop and mentor the Development and Project Team, nurturing talent and driving business success.
- Keep Leadership, Shareholders, and Board Meetings informed with comprehensive updates and reviews.
- Enhance company operations by developing systems and SOPs and aligning project schedules with company goals.
- Play an active role in shaping HR and company culture initiatives at the Leadership level.
- 8+ years in Development Planning and Project Management.
- 4+ years in Team Management.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects, balancing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Direct communicator with strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Great leadership qualities, able to motivate and guide teams through positive leadership.
