What You Will Be Doing
  • Approve tenders, manage budgets, and oversee divisional overheads to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Collaborate on design cost management, providing insightful analysis of designs and specifications.
  • Deliver clear / concise monthly reports on project budgets, manage variations, and provide accurate cash flow forecasts.
  • Maintain budget performance aligned with profit margins and implement value engineering for cost efficiency.
  • Proactively communicate and address project issues and risks, ensuring seamless handover to clients.
  • Guide the appointment and performance of professional teams and contractors for optimal project outcomes.
  • Lead a talented team of consultants, fostering innovative problem-solving and ensuring effective project delivery.
  • Develop and mentor the Development and Project Team, nurturing talent and driving business success.
  • Keep Leadership, Shareholders, and Board Meetings informed with comprehensive updates and reviews.
  • Enhance company operations by developing systems and SOPs and aligning project schedules with company goals.
  • Play an active role in shaping HR and company culture initiatives at the Leadership level.
What You Need
  • 8+ years in Development Planning and Project Management.
  • 4+ years in Team Management.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects, balancing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Direct communicator with strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Great leadership qualities, able to motivate and guide teams through positive leadership.
  • Strong reporting skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Understanding of business / management principles in strategic planning, resource allocation, and project management.
  • Knowledge of local and state real estate development laws and regulations is a plus.
