Head of Finance

CA(SA) essential with at least 4 years post article experience
Global reporting and SAP experience essential
Experience in a senior managerial finance role (GFM, CFO or similar)
Experience in having managed functions outside of Finance a distinct advantage
Relevant industry experience (construction, manufacturing etc) an advantage

The successful candidate will ;

Be responsible for Finance and HR and the departments in addition to internal sales
Carry out special projects and tasks not only in SA but also globally
Be part of the Management team and participate in EXCO meetings
Lead the finance and internal sales teams. Manage, support and coach employees in the execution of their functions and duties.
Formulate and manage annual P&L in line with sales budgets
Completion of all month end closing within deadlines
Liaising with internal and external auditors as and when required
Payroll and IT responsibilities
Working closely with the Management Team to achieve annual targets
Management of overall Working Capital and Cash flow position
Work within the company's compliance requirements and understand risk from a finance and other areas perspective normal for a finance exec
