Responsibilities:
- Managing the financial reporting for the group
- Managing relationships with shareholders, including FP&A, reporting, risk, internal audit compliance, insurance, and tax
- Managing and overseeing the tax affairs of the organisation
- Liaising with the external tax firm for specialist advice
- Managing the budget process for the group
- Managing BBBEE compliance and audits
- Assist in M&A and other commercial activities in line with the business plan
- Managing the insurance portfolio of the group
- Managing and overseeing the treasury function of the company
- Risk Management to ensure the business has a solid risk framework in place
- Manage statutory audit, internal audit, SARS related queries etc for the Group
- Implement and integrate appropriate systems in the Group
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal and statutory regulations, in conjunction with group legal
- CA(SA)
- 8 10 years post qualified experience
- Group experience highly advantages
