Main Purpose of Role
- Lead and manage the finance and accounting functions - across the Mobalyz Service segment of the business
- Ensure credibility of the finance and accounting function by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and results
- Provide strategic and financial insights to both the CFO and the executive head to promote the use of metrics to drive the business decision making and strategic direction
- Offers recommendations to enhance the financial performance of the organization, by assisting with both risk management and planning the organization's financial strategy.

The Financial And Accounting Functions Include The Following Areas
- Drive and review the accuracy of the processing of all accounting transactions and reconciliations by the Senior Accountant
- Prepare the annual financial statements, interim and year end financial packs.
- Prepare and present the monthly performance of Mobalyz Services.
- Co-ordination and reporting around costs across the business - including the adequate management thereof in line with expectations and pinpoint potential areas for improvement;
- Promote the use of systems and integration within the finance team to drive efficiencies;
- Drive an environment of adequate financial control - including reconciliations, process documentation and controls;
- Drive collaboration and completeness of the annual budgeting process;
- Delivery of CFO reports and other board documents to provide both strategic and financial insights to drive business decision making;
- Deliver high quality reporting and analysis which is both relevant and meaningful - whenever required;
- Drive regular and pro-active engagement and collaboration with multiple teams across business which includes:
FP&A
Treasury
Various operational teams
Transaction Capital (Holding company)
