What You'll Do
As the Head of Finance - Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of our client's operations. You will be instrumental in supporting the senior operations team in defining their ambition, driving monthly forecasts and closings, ensuring accurate cost allocations, producing key variance analyses, preparing insightful presentations for quarterly reviews, taking ownership of significant business cases, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within your team.
- Lead the financial operations within a multinational environment
- Provide strategic input and drive business planning and forecasting
- Responsible for standard costing, financial analysis, reporting, and leading business cases
- Drive the process of monthly rolling forecast and monthly closing for the operations functions
- Ensure accurate operations costs allocation by product and customer
- Produce key variance analysis for operations costs at closing and Rolling Forecast
- Ensure complete and accurate reporting of Operations Costs Variance analysis
- Prepare presentations for Quarterly Operations and business review
- Take ownership of the preparation of business cases for major projects such as investments or restructuring
- Coach and develop the entire team (6 Reports), setting ambitious goals, identifying professional development opportunities, monitoring work performance

Your proven track record as a Business Controller demonstrates your ability to manage finance teams effectively while building and controlling budgets.
- CA (SA) / CIMA
- Experience as a Head of Business Control/Finance, with strong supply chain finance experience
- Experience in managing a team
- Budget building and controlling experience is essential
- Open to Travel (SSA)
