Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Human Resources department within a BPO setting.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Leading the HRBPs team
- Create and maintain a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Implement performance management systems to drive performance and ensure employee development.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Maintain employee records, handle HR-related documentation, and generate HR reports as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role within the BPO industry.
- Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations in South Africa.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role, preferably within a BPO environment.
- Experience in managing recruitment processes and implementing HR strategies.
- Proven track record of resolving employee relations issues effectively and efficiently.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
