Education Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in IT/OT related field
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership position at a multinational IT organisation
- Proven track record of successfully managing enterprise ERP systems, associated support infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, and standards and risks
- Embedded understanding and knowledge of IT/OT networks and protocols
- Implement and guide IT strategy at corporate and operational levels
- Maintain IT governance model, ensuring alignment with corporate governance
- Develop and manage IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans
- Drive improvements to existing Group IT infrastructure and systems
- Monitor and assess technology trends for potential impacts and opportunities
- Develop a virtual IT organization to enhance cooperation and productivity
- Provide IT expertise for due diligence in M&A transactions
- Lead post-acquisition IT and OT integration efforts
- Develop and gain approval for IT programs and portfolios
- Oversee program and project delivery, including Group ERP system rollout
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure value and service
- Optimise existing commercial agreements and explore new supplier opportunities
- Maintain and improve central IT purchasing arrangements to reduce costs
- Ensure fit-for-purpose cyber defences are in place and effective
- Manage operational IT support staff and provide feedback to service partners
- Review and enhance IT policies and procedures regularly
- Support and provide strategic input to local IT managers and teams
- Offer strategic input into infrastructure design and major IT procurement decisions
