Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the IT Service Delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Develop and implement IT service delivery strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the planning, delivery, and support of IT services, ensuring that they meet quality and performance standards.
- Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new IT services, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
- Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures that align with industry best practices.
- Monitor and report on the performance of IT services, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations to ensure practical solutions to client needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement among team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to align service delivery objectives with organizational goals.
- Proven leadership experience in IT service delivery, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of ITIL or other relevant frameworks for service management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client management.
- A minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 15 years of experience in IT service delivery or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale IT projects and services.
- Track record of managing a diverse team and driving performance metrics.
