Purpose of the role:
- Manage the Learning & Development faculty and product development unit for the company.
- Enhance the Research & Development, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Digital Enablement capability for the company to enable transformation and impact.
- Lead the programme development execution through ensuring complete uniformity across business divisions and sub-units in the execution of products, services and client customized solutions.
- Manage the product development process through leading an internal and outsourced team of designers, developers, and implementers of products, services and client customized solutions.
- Ensure that all products, services and client customized solutions are designed in line with world-class standards
- Keep abreast of industry changes and ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies in alignment with company and client objectives.
- Manage the development and implementation of complex transformative solutions for impact.
- Design, develop and implement high-quality learning and development solutions and content for products and services that drive measurable results across all aspects of the learning cycle.
- Direct the implementation, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of large-scale learning and development projects to achieve client objectives.
- Maintenance of learning material, including the alignment of learning material for continuous improvement.
- Conduct ongoing training on products, services and customized solutions for staff, clients and associates.
- Work with unit heads to ensure seamless contextual usage of products, services and customized solutions across various business units.
- Research and develop interventions for continuous professional development.
- Drive continuous improvement through collaboration with clients and service delivery teams.
- Manage the design and development of world-class digital / online learning and auxiliary technology solutions.
- Relevant post-grad qualification.
- Experience in the design, development and implementation of Learning Programmes.
- Experience in the development and implementation of accredited vocational and occupational qualifications.
- Experience in the development and implementation of digital / online learning solutions and Instructional Design.
- Quality assurance design expertise and experience.
- Business writing and proposal development skills.
- Leadership and organization skills.
