Develop and implement the legal strategy and framework for our Consumer Business considering he unique challenges and opportunities presented by the emerging technologies and evolving regulation in the financial services/payments fintech sector.
- Advise the senior Management and Executive team on legal matters, providing guidance and insights to support decision-making and mitigate legal risks.
- Establish and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations, and industry standards
- LL.B Degree or relevant degree from an accredited law school and be an Admitted
Attorney
- An active license to practice law in the jurisdiction where the company operates.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in the financial services industry or technology sector with a focus on Consumer Markets.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, including financial services laws, data protection and, and privacy
