- Primary duties and responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. This includes identifying target markets, positioning the brand, and setting marketing goals and KPIs.
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels. Define and communicate the brand's value proposition, messaging, and visual identity.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends. Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
- Campaign Development and Execution: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and online advertising. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Budgeting and Resource Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget. Allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives within budget constraints.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting: Establish metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, and media outlets.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies. Attend conferences, webinars, and industry events to expand your knowledge and network.

- Barchelors Degree in Marketing / Public Relation / Communication
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management will be advantageous
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing
- 2 years of People Management
- Travelling will be required -
- Own a vehicle and valid drivers license
- Computer literate (emails, MS Word, PowerPoint etc.)
