Job Title: Head of Marketing
Reports To: Managing Director
Job Overview:
To be responsible for our clients marketing strategy, activities, and initiatives. Working closely with all departments to improve and maintain the brand image, awareness, and experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design and build high-quality, print-ready marketing collateral in all formats.
- Design and develop high-quality videos and digestible content to support the sales process of the firms services.
- Continue to develop the brand to meet market positioning needs.
- Create a recognizable, relatable firm identity and tone of voice.
- Maintain social media presence that incites client action.
- Create engaging content for a range of stakeholders.
- Develop client journeys to support the experience of multiple client segments.
- Work with external vendors to ensure a modern, state-of-the-art experience for our clients.
- Lead execution of marketing initiatives from planning to implementation, leveraging internal and external relationships to ensure a smooth process.
- Regularly maintain and update the website, ensuring the use of white hat SEO and best practices.
