Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates from domestic and international sources.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, international job fairs, and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates, considering factors such as qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and work permits, to ensure their suitability for the organization and specific roles.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, for domestic and international candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Collaborate with executives to understand their staffing needs, both domestically and internationally, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends in different locations.
- Manage and negotiate employment offers, including compensation packages and relocation assistance
- Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to support recruitment efforts across different locations.
- Stay updated on domestic and international recruitment trends, employment laws, cultural sensitivities, and provide recommendations to enhance the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant domestic and international employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, both domestically and internationally, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Degree/ diploma
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully filling positions
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and interview methodologies for both domestic and international talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information related to domestic and international recruitment.
