As our Head of Sales and Sales Operations, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving revenue and leading our dedicated sales team to new heights. You'll be responsible for all aspects of sales operations, from strategic planning to everyday execution, while providing mentorship and guidance to ensure our team consistently exceeds targets.
What you will be doing:
- Crafting and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Mentoring and leading our sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
- Streamlining sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and enhancement.
- Cultivating key customer and partner relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Championing continuous improvement initiatives to boost sales performance and efficiency.
- Developing and maintaining sales policies, procedures, and standard processes.
- Track record of successfully managing and building international high-performance sales teams.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with a curiosity about developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate sales professionals and drive high performance.
- You empower people to surpass themselves via coaching, mentoring, line management and guidance.
