- Strong experience in B2B telesales
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and business plans to achieve revenue targets and company goals.
- Recruit, lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal success.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and purposeful team culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Proactively seek out, identify, and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, identifying new market opportunities to expand the client base.
- Effective collaboration across departments, such as marketing and operations and the leadership team, to align the sales strategies to company objectives and to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track and analyze sales and market data, providing regular reports to the leadership team on progress reached.
