Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise sales.
- Start-up experience or the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you may be required to wear multiple hats.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Financial services and compliance background is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
- Lead B2B enterprise sales efforts, focusing on cold calling and prospecting potential clients in industries that require KYC solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Work closely with the leadership team to refine the sales process and align with company goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Initially, manage individual sales efforts, with plans to grow and lead a sales team in the future.
- Travel as needed for client meetings and events.
