Head of Sales (Enterprise Sales)

Our client is a leading workflow automation solution provider with a strong focus on Know Your Customer (KYC) and client onboarding processes. They serve B2B clients, helping them streamline compliance workflows. They are based in South Africa, and as a growing startup, they are looking for a dynamic individual to join them as their Head of Sales.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise sales.
  • Start-up experience or the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you may be required to wear multiple hats.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Financial services and compliance background is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
Responsibilities
  • Lead B2B enterprise sales efforts, focusing on cold calling and prospecting potential clients in industries that require KYC solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to refine the sales process and align with company goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Initially, manage individual sales efforts, with plans to grow and lead a sales team in the future.
  • Travel as needed for client meetings and events.
