Role Overview
As the Head of Telesales, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and optimising a high-performing telesales team. Your role will involve developing strategies to meet targets, overseeing daily operations, and driving a culture of success and accountability within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a remote telesales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Performance optimization: Monitor and analyze team performance, ensuring continuous improvement through data-driven decisions.
- Training and development: Provide coaching to agents, identify skill gaps, and implement ongoing training initiatives.
- Process refinement: Work closely with leadership to refine sales processes, scripts, and overall team structure to maximize productivity.
- Campaign management: Ensure consistent performance across all campaigns by aligning team efforts with organizational goals.
- Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports, identifying successes and opportunities for improvement.
- Experience: 3+ years in telesales leadership, preferably within telecom or similar industries.
- Leadership ability: Proven success in leading and managing teams in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
