Critical services is sensitive area where they deal with contact crimes : Comprised of a contact centres ,Responders and Crime Insights and Investigations. The incumbent will focus on developing, implementing and reviewing the Critical Services strategy in order to ensure that the approved strategic objectives are achieved for The Company within the stipulated timeframes. The successful incumbent will direct and influence complex stakeholder engagements at executive & senior management level.
The business handles escalated crimes -the creation of a strategy to guide the Critical Services department as determined by the strategic objectives

A flat structure where you can engage the Exco or the board periodically a CEO who is not hierarchical
C.160 people, 75 people in liaison-operations, 80 people in 24HR Critical Services Control Centre, 10 Compliance and Investigations . There are 3 direct reports (or Manager).
Managers at head office which look after verticals, One vertical has its own provincial & national reach
Verticals Business, Technology, Automotive, Insurance, dealer, as well as regulatory & security strategic partnerships
They have standard operating procedures, by continuing process review and enhancement already initiated.
Improve operational capacity to recover vehicles
Develop standards policies and procedures to govern department
Design & implementation of strategic targets
Operational due diligence on existing and new ventures
Continuous focus on improving overall productivity and performance through digitization & automation
Setting efficient performance management standards in line with the Companys performance management framework
REQUIREMENTS :
Post Graduate Degree in Operations Management or Business Management (Management
Development Programme will be advantageous)
Minimum 8 years operational management experience (security and/or defence industry will be advantageous)
Knowledge and understanding of geo-politics, especially within Africa.
