The purpose of this role is to Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition activities in line with business requirements and processes, executing against the talent acquisition strategy
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible amongst others for the following key responsibilities.
- Provide daily operational guidance to the Talent Acquisition Team
- Create recruitment plans to meet ongoing recruitment demands and communicate effectively to the team.
- Ensuring team structure meets business forecasting & Resource Planning requirements.Strong alignment with hiring managers on the candidate profile, required headcounts, timelines monthly.
- Lead on Talent Pooling Activities
- Quality Control Mechanisms instituted and monitored within the environment.
- Reviewing and signing off on every new hire within operational support and leadership roles
- Attend and provide updates at the necessary capacity planning meetings, partnering with the planning team to plan for future training groups
- Complete new client onboarding and planning process, fully understanding the scope of work to be delivered.
- Foster good working relationships with all stakeholders, engaging on a regular basis.
- Review new starter performance within the training and operational environments.
- Plan and organise talent acquisition events/activations.
- Partner with the social media and marketing teams to ensure innovative advertising , monitoring the effectiveness of the interventions meet the desired expectations.
- Team Development and coaching on an ongoing basis
- Support hiring managers with the required document to commence the process Track and monitor process to meet the training dates as prescribed.
- Manage the referral program.
- Manage hiring timelines.
- Effectively manage any changes keeping the team well informed and providing the insight required
- Produce monthly business report against the key recruitment metrics.
- Continuously look for mechanisms to improve the Talent acquisition journey and candidate experience.
- Onboard of new staters in the team and follow a sign off process
- Actively recruit and interview on support roles when required
- Manage supplier relationships, SLAs and performance standards
- Manage the data integrity throughout the recruitment process.
- Review and ensure the sign off process is adhered for all support and operational management roles.
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification (HR) or related
- 3 years of management experience in TA (BPO)
- Worked on various ATS and proficient against standard recruitment tools and platforms.
- Sound understanding BCEA
- Diversity and inclusion strategies
- Proven Leadership Capability and ability to lead and motivate the team
- Excellent Stakeholder Relationships Management
- Drafting of Job Descriptions
- Talent Acquisition Strategies
- Highly organised and detail orientated
- Good analytical skills and reporting capabilities
- BPO & Volume hiring is a must have
- Agility and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
