Role purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Vision:
- Develop and articulate a clear vision for the future of platform development and payment systems across
- Lead and inspire a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Work closely with the executive team to align technological strategies with business goals.
- Technical Oversight:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the companies' platforms, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the companies remain at the forefront of innovation.
- Direct the architecture and technical design of projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality.
- Team Development and Training:
- Mentor and develop the skills of the development team, providing training and growth opportunities.
- Foster an environment of continuous learning and professional development.
- Implement best practices in software development and project management.
- Project Management:
- Lead project planning, prioritization, and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strategic Planning and Reporting:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for technological development.
- Provide quarterly reports and presentations to the management team on the progress of development projects, initiatives, and technological advancements.
- Assist in setting the technical direction and roadmap for the companies.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Represent the companies at industry events and conferences to promote our technological capabilities and innovations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software development, with a strong background in .NET technologies.
- Proven track record in leading and managing development teams.
