Responsibilities
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures specific to the construction industry
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
- Provide safety training and education to construction site personnel
- Investigate accidents and incidents and recommend preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the construction industry
- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation for construction sites
- Conducting of audits and inspections
- Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
- 3 to 5 years experience as a Health & Safety Officer
- Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry
- Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices
- Experience in writing reports and policies for Health and Safety
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant certification in health and safety for the construction industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Driver's License and own transport
- Salary: negotiable
