We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team and assist in our company's talent acquisition process. The successful candidate will be responsible for advertising open positions, sourcing and vetting potential candidates, conducting interviews, reference checks, background checks, negotiating job offers, and completing the setup for new hires. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to ensure that the best possible candidates are selected to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertise open positions on various job boards and social media platforms
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct in-person interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers
- Perform reference checks and background checks on selected candidates
- Negotiate job offers with selected candidates
- Complete the setup process for new hires, including coordinating orientation and onboarding activities
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
- Experience with advertising open positions and sourcing candidates through various channels
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
- must be able to work US hours (day and night shifts)
