We are looking for a Junior Healthcare Recruiter to support the international recruitment team. The right recruiter will be able to advise candidates which destination is the best for them and assist them from recruitment till deployment. Quick thinking, ability to multi task and work under pressure are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming leads / applications, screen them, dispatch accordingly
- Contact the lead, provide information to the candidate on the position andprogrammes available.
- Be fully conversant on the various processes (UK, Gulf, Germany)
- Responsible for timely contract signatures of your leads.
- Be responsible for the compliance of your candidates
- Set up interviews, coach candidates, explain the contracts
- Maintain contact lists and keep CRM up to date.
- Assist senior recruiters with various tasks.
- Feedback marketing with market intelligence
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Diploma / bachelor in business / Recruitment related degree
- Proficient in Office / Google Suite
- Knowledge of Hubspot / Sales Force
- Fluent in English
Type: Permanent | Starting date: Immediately | Salary: R12k - R18k based on experience
