- Research and summarise thermodynamic and mathematical correlations relevant to heat exchanger design, optimisation, and performance
- Collaborate with the international software development team to communicate the required engineering correlations
- Ensure that the engineering correlations provided are accurate, reliable, and suitable for implementation within the software
- Assist in the testing and validation of the software's engineering capabilities as required
- Continuously improve the engineering knowledge base for the software through research and collaboration with the team
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Engineering disciplines that will be considered:
- Electro-Mechanical (Mechatronics) Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Nuclear Engineering
- Thermal Engineering
- Any other discipline that deals with thermodynamics
- Strong mathematical skills, with the ability to understand and apply complex mathematical concepts
- Familiarity with heat exchanger design and thermodynamics is preferred, but not required
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and summarise relevant engineering knowledge
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with software developers and other team members
