Help desk agent is needed in Port Shepstone.
Job requirements:
- Working knowledge and experience within a call centre environment
- Strong customer service skills
- IT background or IT knowledge and experience (technical or helpdesk)
- Strong problem solving skills, 1st line support.
- Able to work on a rotational shift basis – (important)
- Punctuality and good timekeeping a must
- Own or Reliable transport (to ensure punctuality)
- Matric or equivalent compulsory
- Good English communication skills
- Well groomed
- Team player
