ISP in Stellenbosch requires helpdesk agents.
Job requirements:
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Must be between the ages of 20 - 25 years
- MUST reside in Stellenbosch, or direct surroundings. No other areas will be accepted unfortunately
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal & written
- Must be computer literate
- Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
- Own reliable transport
- Previous experience at an ISP will be an added advantage
Job responsibilities:
- Supplying clients with general information regarding the service & Responding on emails
- Accurately screen incoming calls, redirecting calls and taking messages
- Assist the support department - Helping clients with basic support queries and do basic troubleshooting.
- Log tickets for all client queries and escalate as necessary
