A well known sucessful service Company is looking for a Help desk Clerk to join their company. Candiate must have a call centre's certificate/ Diploma, BA Admin Diploma with 1 year experience in customer service and call centre environment, knowledge of customer service principles , experience in call centre customer service environment, knowledge of admin and clerical processes.
