As the Financial and Administration Lead, you will play a vital role in overseeing the financial operations and administrative functions of our organization. You will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance activities, as well as performing administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Manage all financial aspects of the organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships
- Coordinate and oversee the annual audit process
- Manage the administrative functions of the office, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and managing correspondence
- Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial and administrative processes
- Supervise and mentor finance and administrative staff
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in financial management and administration
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
