Key Responsibilities
- Assist Financial Advisors in preparing client meetings and presentations
- Conduct research and analysis on financial products, markets, and investment opportunities
- Manage client files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Help maintain client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
- Support Financial Advisors in developing financial plans and investment strategies tailored to each client's unique needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client transactions and account maintenance
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines
- 1-2 years of experience in a financial services role preferred
- Strong knowledge of investment products and financial planning concepts
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
