Site Manager

Hire Resolve is currently working with a reputable construction company in Cape Town who is seeking a skilled Site Manager to join their team.

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities as Site Manager.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors effectively.
• Manage materials and equipment on site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders throughout the project duration.

Requirements

• B-Tech qualification required; SACPCMP registration preferred.
• Experience in high-end multi-residential developments, retail, and healthcare sectors.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience required.
• Must possess own transport and reside in Cape Town.
• Valid Driver's License
• Previous employment with reputable companies is essential.
