As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and functions of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient management. You will lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer service and maximize revenue.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all operations and functions of the Gauteng branch
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar management role in the car rental industry.
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong business acumen and financial understanding
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the car rental industry and market trends
- Experience in fleet management and vehicle maintenance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
