Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities
- Ensure all common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and elevators, are clean and presentable
- Assist in the cleaning and preparation of guest rooms for new arrivals and departures
- Handle and report any lost and found items
- Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely service to guests
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and products
